List of the selected candidates for admission to M.Tech Programme at School of Petroleum Technology (SPT).

*Sponsorship Certificate from the employer required at the time of Admission. (The format of the certificate can be obtained from the admin office of SPT).

Please Note:

1. Candidates selected for M.Tech. in Petroleum Engineering are requested to report at the School of Petroleum Technology on or before July 19, 2010 for all necessary document verification and subsequent admission. The academic session commences from 19th July 2010. Late fee will be charged as mentioned in the academic calendar.
2. Candidates are required to bring for verification the originals and attested copies (by gazzated officer) of relevant documents including marksheets, certificates, valid GATE/NET score card (if applicable), etc., failing which admission will not be effected.
3. Candidates seeking admission to M. Tech. programme are requested to bring a Demand Draft (DD) for Rs. 57, 500/- in favour of "Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University" payable at Ahmedabad.*
4. Candidate admitted to M.Tech Programme would be eligible to get a Research or Teaching Assistantship.
5. Educational loan facility is available from Oriental Bank of Commerce, Gandhinagar Branch, if needed.
6. Fellowship will be reviewed for continuation at the end of every semester based on the student's academic and other performance.
7. The Orientation Programme is on July 19, 2010.

Hostel Information:

For Boys
The detail of fees at “Shreyashryam Hostel” (Outsourced Facility) for M-Tech 2010-2012 batch Boys Students is mentioned as under:

Hostel Fees                     : Rs.25200/- per annum
Hostel Security Deposit    : Rs.3000/- (Refundable)
Electricity Deposit            : Rs.2000/-

All students are informed to make the Demand Draft of above referred amount in favour of “Aashka Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Ahmedabad.

The detail of fees of “PDPU Hostel” for M-Tech 2010-2012 batch Girl-Students is mentioned as under:

Hostel Fees                      : Rs.42, 000/- per annum
Hostel Security Deposit     : Rs.5000/- (Refundable)
Electricity Charges will be extra
